Use of This Website
This website and its content — including text, graphics, layout, and design — are the property of Whitmore Studio unless otherwise noted, and are provided for the purpose of learning about and inquiring into our services. You may not reproduce, distribute, or repurpose site content for commercial use without our written permission.
Services & Engagements
Package scope, pricing, and delivery timelines are as described on our pricing page or in a written proposal. In general:
- A 50% deposit is required to begin work, with the remaining balance due upon delivery.
- Projects typically launch within five to seven business days of deposit receipt, with extended timelines for Premium and Signature Tier engagements.
- Each package includes one collaborative revision round; additional rounds may be purchased as an add-on.
- Custom and Signature Tier (3D) scope and pricing are finalized following a complimentary design consultation.
Specific deliverables, timelines, and payment terms for your project will be confirmed in writing before work begins.
Intellectual Property
Upon receipt of final payment, ownership of the final delivered design transfers to the client for their intended use. Whitmore Studio retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio, case studies, and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing. Any underlying tools, templates, or frameworks we use to build a site remain our property.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing timely feedback, content, and materials needed to complete a project on schedule. Delays in providing required materials may extend the delivery timeline accordingly.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Our website and services are provided "as is." While we take pride in our craft, we make no warranties, express or implied, regarding uninterrupted availability of this website or that any deliverable will be error-free.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Whitmore Studio is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or our services. Our total liability for any claim related to a project is limited to the amount paid for that engagement.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Whitmore Studio operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of this website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
